The Council of the European Union decided on Tuesday October 4, 2022, to add Anguilla, The Bahamas and Turks and Caicos Islands to the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes. On 5 October 2021, the Council of the European Union (EU) adopted conclusions on the revised EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes.
