Due to Covid-19 the Court cannot travel to Saba and Sint Eustatius but court petitions can be submitted through e-mail
The Court of Justice (Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie) has announced that due to the Covid-19 pandemic it is currently not possible for the Court to travel to Saba or Sint Eustatius. However, persons on these islands who wish to submit a petition or inquire about their case can do so by sending an email.
