The Ministry of Finance of Curaçao (Ministerie van Financiën) has announced that the PFGU-portal (Portaal Financiële Gegevens Uitwisseling) has been released for submission of data regarding the year 2019 for exchange of information under ‘FATCA CRS’ (the US ‘Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act’ and the ‘Common Reporting Standard’).
