Revised EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions dated 5 October 2021

On 5 October 2021, the Council of the European Union (EU) adopted conclusions on the revised EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes. The following countries are now listed : American Samoa, Fiji, Guam, Palau, Panama, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Vanuatu. Dominica added to the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions, Barbados removed

On 22 February 2021, the Council of the European Union (EU) adopted conclusions on the revised EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes, deciding to add Dominica to the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions (Annex I of the conclusions) and to remove Barbados from that list.
