Op maandag 24 januari 2022 is de ontwerplandsverordening tot vaststelling van de Begroting van het land Sint Maarten voor het dienstjaar 2022 (Landsverordening begroting 2022) (Zittingsjaar 2021-2022-152) goedgekeurd door de Staten van Sint Maarten. Tijdens de parlementaire behandeling van de ontwerplandsverordening zijn nog wijzigingen op het oorspronkelijke ontwerp behandeld (zie hierna).
