A list with the descriptions of the turnover tax (TOT) exemptions as of the amendments in the ‘TOT-ordinance’ (Landsverordening belasting op bedrijfsomzetten) effective as of 11 February 2011 has been published on the facebook page of the Sint Maarten Tax Administration.
